To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and unscathed.
It must be in its original, sealed packaging with all its contents.
Provide the original invoice or proof of purchase from Compuway
If there are any gifts or offers included with the product, they must be returned in full upon return.
The product must not have been activated or registered (for software and activation cards).
The warranty seals or labels must not have been removed or tampered with.
Products that cannot be returned
❌ Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
Products that have been opened and used (excluding cases of manufacturing defects)
Activation cards, programs, and licenses after code detection
Products that have been broken or damaged due to misuse
Custom or assembled products based on special request (Custom Build)

Warranty for Chargers and Accessories
🛡️ All chargers and accessories sold by COMPUWAY come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty includes free replacement in case of a proven manufacturing defect during the warranty period.
